Trending @HCL; Monthly In Hand Salary

What will be the InHand salary for a 37 LPA. One of my friend received this offer. This includes an overall variable of 5.5 L ( PB - 3.7 L and EPB - 1.8 L ). Monthly they have mentioned as 2.46 Lakhs but I don’t think the in hand will be this much with the amount of above mentioned variable. Can someone please help here.
