Monthly expenses for family of 3
I would like to know monthly expenses for a family of 3, husband, wife and an infant in bangalore... Considering a decent upper middle class lifestyle..
50-60k Upper Middle Class
30-50 Mid middle class
Lower Middle Class can live at 20-30k also
How, ppl are paying 30-50K just in rent/emi, even I am trying to bring down my monthly expenses but never have been able to bring it below 90-100K, I have rent + car EMI which is nominal
So, I know a relative who earns well.
But prefer to live in a rented 14k 2bhk at rammurti nagar.
His monthly spend is below 40k including kids education.
He invests 70k in sip regularly though.
Rent and EMIs = Money wasted.
Both are like depreciation.
I wish my parents would have left a house near every big teck park so during job changes I don’t have to worry about long commute, few cars
I would not be in a situation to pay rent and EMI
