Money will receive for both sick and earned leaves

Do we receive money for the both earned leaves and sick leaves in TCS, while moving to another company ??????

@VitalBrand3 ...Not for Sick Leave ..only earned leave get encashed but Basic Salary ..not full

So better to enjoy leaves
