WLB is a myth in most companies. It all depends on your immediate manager and one above him. People don't leave companies, they leave managers. So choose money, if you are lucky enough, you will get good managers and colleagues.

Pick Salescorce, Microsoft work culture is pathetic

I'd say learning. If I were you I'd choose the one where I would work on more interesting problems.

I think money should not be in the equation unless there is a very drastic difference. Both these firms would be among the top paymasters.

Money can't buy back time, if you're relatively comfortable now, choose time over money. If you're hungry to become financially stable, then choose money over time. At the end of the day you sacrifice something in return for something that you value.

Depends on the stage of your life and mindset.

Are you a new parent ? Are you newly married? What's your net worth? Do you think less money will jeopardize your future ? What about the work quality offered ?
Etc.

It's always a balancing act.
