Trending @Accenture; Monetary Motivation zero!!

Joined at CL 11.3 on October 21 as SAAS Prod & Platform Ops Analyst; at joining, no bonus was provided; said COVID is on it's layoff time. Later, some market correction happened, and that’s it. There is no yearly increment, no retention bonus. I didn’t get any promotion to CL 10, nor did my salary increase. Any suggestion how could I ask my manager for the deserving pay.
