Mon-Sun working days and random week off fixed between in these days is fair or not fair

Helo guys myself arun yadav am working in optimum as a data analyst one of my friend who was working on hexaware bpo he shared with me one thing that he have work on Monday to Sunday and weekly off is random fixed by the company is it correct guys to work on Sunday and hoping to have random week off in a week To opinion thy should have working days Monday to Saturday and give weekoff on Sunday to everyone Working on Sundays is not fair to me What your opinion guys If your company give you like that these kind of working days and random week off how do solve it guys????
