Modern stack vs mern stack which one to learn and why

Modern stack-> typescript, next.js , tailwind css, supabase and ai tools.

My situation

Bekar state gov uni, no placements no exposure

Chemical engineering 4th sem

Have a registered business firm (can be used for contract work)

Learned Js from Akshay saini

Goal->

1. by 2027 want to start working as product Engineer " for first world employer" And want to reach 8lpa .

2. By The end of 2026 want to create some web apps for example -> web version of grapevine, creative portfolio site etc

3. to make Rs. 20k from march by doing contract gigs.

My ques

What should i do ?

(Mern + modern stack ) + Ai tools
