Mocked for not switching ?

People often make fun of someone who do not switch frequently and call them lazy and mock them for staying in one place But Why they do not think that there might be Some depandencies on them Layoffs and all these are not a surprise these days What i have seen on my relatives as well my cousins and all are from very big financially stable background where they do not have to think about consequences If they leave or take a break They do it without any boundations but i am on my own I have responsibilities where i cannot take that risk to loose job Have no Strong Financial background and have to think of consequences for every step have to think of my family therefore I Choose for safer option rather than pleasing people I prefer to work in Peaceful place and Not want to stuck in Someplace where I rather give up work I know I have this fear that is stopping from Financial growth but i have my reasons and people just belittle me on this Its not like they will feed my family or fulfill my responsibilities I have 4.5 years of experience and have seen a lot Loosing one of the family member in covid as well therefore i go for safer option rather than pleasing anyone Because we are on our own.
