Does mobile device management(endpoint engineering) comes under a part of cybersecurity.If so does some organisations have mobile device management/endpoint engineering team under cybersecurity?

It does not come under Cyber Security. But, some service based companies do have MDM teams for management of Intune.

MDM Management can be a part of EDR or there are specific vendors who cater to MDM management( Microsoft INTUNE) Nowadays there are even OT/Iot management
