MNC’s start hiring, When?

I am looking for a switch, my experience is 2.1 yrs as a React/JavaScript Developer. Previous work was also in Node. But major experience is in React. Currently making 8.15lpa fixed. Next ask is 14lpa.

But as a lot of MNC's are still not hiring. The hiring in small-medium scale service based companies seems to be picking up.

These companies are not ready to shell out this kind of money. Wish to ask if i should wait?
