Trending @Infosys; MNC Employee vs Ex- Startup

Working in startup:

When I am startup i used to do a heavy work and I used to go and talk other backend team I am involved in backend, frontend, cloud.one day i started work at 9AM and finished at 3AM but I was enjoyed because learning new tech

Mainly Everytime & everyone has confidence that we know everything (frontend,backend..) no need to take approval, even if I don't I search online and find solution. They don't think like he is frontend why should we take advices but they take and give value appreciate do the best they can that satisfies us.

But startup how much team is good and we have bonding , management salaries are late will not come on the date we expected.

After coming to infy

Directly i came to project and first 6 months like piece of cake not only project meanwhile I have given POC to clients also but never worked they never took seriously

After 6 months i understood here working means not working just managing the time Later i became part 1 day i used to do in 5 days because they are also doing like that

Lost confidence, when I am in startup I have confidence to take interviews but after coming here I lost all of it .

I lost confidence to take new interviews also but am i trying my best to get out of the company.

Pretty much everyone who comes from a startup background can relate to this. A startup with a well-balanced work-life culture is way better than today's Indian MNCs. So much technical knowledge, learning opportunities, and advancement in work habits within a short period of time. The only people who don't like start ups are Indian parents (unless the company is started by you and is profitable). They don't want you to buy any branded items, but want you to work in a branded company. A company that others also know. Just to tell other uncles and aunties even if they aren't interested in knowing about you.

Startup or MNC, both have their own drama. Startups are like a Bollywood masala film, full of action and thrill, but with a risk of flop. MNCs are like daily soaps, predictable and boring. But remember, not all films are hits and not all soaps are boring. So, what's your pick? Bollywood masala or daily soap?
