MMT process for Laptop Submission

I received an early release from TCS Nagpur, with my last working day being 12th December 2024. However, I was unable to submit the company laptop as it was issued from the Mumbai location. Separation HR has raised MMT request for me. Anyone if aware about MMT process, please tell about time duration and more about this process.
