MLT will screw you
I am 15 plus years of experience and I get a threarening kind of mail like your compensation will be imapcted if you will not complete MLT !! There is already 15 plus hours of work a day and noe they send threatening mails as well !! Please folks , dont join TCS !
Certification is useful for us also .. reduce work load it should not be more than 9 hours .. if a lot does it the next day. Priority should be your family and yourself .
Certification you can pick in the area you are working and complete it . For theory it's easy . Coming to TCS policies that gone sideways these days . No comments on that . Unless all board members come together to change it won't . Fire the CEO and global HR person first
Haha through. . rather than one of them it will be thousands of us .. that's why preference should be on self .
I will tell you about my experience, MLT is a better way to upskill yourself with the certification that otherwise your project budget won't allow, it will help you in switch finally. So think of it as an opportunity and not a burden.
Its a good way to increase your learning, and get your related certification done as part of MLT. It will be helpful for your career growth as well.
What is MLT by the way?
MLT is just external certification so do it and shut there mouth.
