Project never changes For wings also they said same if u clear tech in that exam ur project will change and will be allocated to that project but that never happens
MLT is one more lollypop to engage employee and being a defaulter impact your career growth and there will be reduction in the number of peanuts which you are receiving now. Now it's coming up with the new torture strategies so that employee should feel frustrated and leave the company by him or herself.

Usually for senior associates MLT completion is linked to variables like promotion , increments and other components . If MLT is not completed , the associate will continue to be shown as a defaulter and it can impact such variables .

HR will not give bands A or B even if project recommends it and also cut on your Variable pay and no promotions even if eligible. Do it ASAP though it may not help grow but completion mandatory.
