MLT forced by HR

Hi I am appearing as non compliant to MLT to be compliance i need to do some external certification intially pay my own and clear it then tcs will remburse it if i fail to clear exam they will not i saw mlt courses they are big courses but am getting loss of push from hr and manager to complete mlt otherwise they will take some disciplinary action please suggestion some courses that are less under tech that lessexpensive or of zero cost they will help me a lot please
