Any idea about MLT, recently I was added to MLT. Is it good or bad, does it really impact the financials?

You won’t get any incentives for completing MLT.

Be completing this MLT, you could.enroll into Wings 1/2 program based on your years of experience. By completing wings1/2 you will get very good hike. By completing Wings 2 we got around 6lakhs hike

Yes if you are not compliant to MLT it will impact your financials. As MLT it linked to your career progression, growth, promotions etc etc If you have not done any market relevant course or certification in past 2years then your name will be in MLT. So better do market relevant certification.
