If your experience is 10+ , they will have a select set of certifications or E2 competencies for you to pick and complete.

They have been pushing associates to do it in the recent quarters. If they fail to get any of that cert or E2 competency, it is said that their QVA will be affected.

In our unit, they are asking associates to choose GCP related certifications.
