Mismanagement in Salary process

I have joined Vayuz as contract for 6 month to work for some xyz company,

they used to pay my salary at 15th of every month, someday missing by 1-2 days also to which I have to remind them of salary a few times,

Now since my contact is competed on 7th March and I'm now actively looking for a job change.

It's today 17th March, The company (Vayuz) yet haven't paid me the Feb salary, on which the HR says it will be credited today.

Regarding my experience and releasing letter said will be given in 2days

now the main question is: i have also worked for 1week of March on which she says will be credited 45days later, is this legit thing?

What should I do?? Any suggestion
