Misbehaving delivery agent

Hey,

I feel weird to ask this here.

I do online ordering via mesho and this delivery guy (from delhivery I guess) misbehaved 2nd time now today. First time I tried to complaint against him but my mother said to take back the complaint out of mercy

I am confused what should I do??

Complain at meesho not delhivery & say it around that You had a really bad experience with delhivery. If they can use some other service in future. May work. You can either choose to explain the misconduct or not based on what you feel. I would encourage you to report it if it was any kind of physical harassment.
