Minimum hours staying in office

Stay for 8 hours at least. If you keep doing this everyday, the manager might complain to HR for not following the rules. Once or twice for urgent work, it's okay. Don't do this regularly for your own good.

My allocated location is 60km, but I am at 10mins from another TCS ofc. Spending 4-5 hours daily in the latter, and going once a week to the former, after arrangement with my HR. For hours, my supervisor knows, and is quite fine with it.

Stay for minimum 10 hours and you will get what you want in life

I'm depressed and I hate my house do I stay there more than 8 hours. But don't take my word for it. 1 hr is enough

Based on projects I have some people who stay 8,9 hrs and some 2,3 hours

Yes it completely depend on project we r working in...bcoz in our project most of the people are staying fr 2 3hrs..and even managers know it.reason being there is no place fr all people to sit and work...so they r nt forcing to maintain 9hrs...and I know few projects are strictly monitoring fr 6hrs and few 8hrs

It depends on the project you are working on. Check with your Supervisor if 9hrs are mandatory or not.
