Minimum 6 hrs in office

Is that true HR is calling to non complaint people and asking to spent minimum 6 hrs in office??

Policy is already in place for 9 hrs but 99% not maintaining it. HR may call or mail but unless TCS introduces policy for not maintaining 9 hrs (just like QVA, WFO index), I don't think there is anything to worry. Even I saw senior people staying < 2hrs.
