Mindsprint Joining Help

Hi folks,

I got offer letter from mindsprint, but the way they asked the questions were deep and real time issues. Never asked not even a single topic on standard process. And their tone of asking is bit rude and assertive i would say.

So just wanted to know the quality of projects, work life balance, Is it a toxic place for work?

Hows overall experience? And can i join the org?
