Trending @Accenture; Mind Games - Hike & Promotion (Views)

Recently I've seen a gradual increase in questions for hiking,promotion and anniversary hike RTO and many more.

My question is if the company cared enough they should have transparent behaviour or disclosure for such biases. Accenture has become a silent pusher, they tell you about client satisfaction, market numbers, growth in businesses through acquisition but in reality they are just doing marketing to be in the game.

The day you understand this, all these promotions and hikes are gonna look like mind games to you. First they make you feel comfortable and then start exploitation with XYZ policies.

I do agree it is a MNC and we are employees for such an organisation. But whatever is going on, it's only we are at a loss.

Better to move ahead in life with such Games and work to get into some better orgs.
