If the resource is in a central pool bench, then the process is easy to on board subjected to PM/DM approval unless the TPD anchor is also ok with it.

Anyone who is on the bench or willing to move to another account/Project with ITSM(MIM/PM) knowledge & expertise. Please let me know. ITIL 4 certification will be an added advantage.
