Millennials. What were you like in your 20s?

Trying to figure out if Indian Gen Z actually values WLB more than previous generations (I don't think it's true).
I was a millennial workaholic & struggled with WLB

You become 'aholic', it's pretty difficult to come out. Be it work or alcohol. We came out with age and taunts

Poll is not proper. Valuing/liking wlb is different but usually companies don’t have wlb so anyone has to work sacrificing wlb unwillingly (money and survival things).
