Milestone pushed to 2026

I am consultant with 6.5 years of experience, my milestone was pushed to 2026 even after exceptional performance with very strong ratings and 6 ONL flags. My salary is 1840000,is this per market standards. Is it Coach fault for not showcasing my achievements. What should I do?
