Trending @Accenture; Midnight thought

I have been in IT for 13 years now.5.5 yrs in Accenture 5.5 years in cognizant.. Coming from a EEE background... understanding IT work took me two years of production support earning 3lah per annum in 2013 Later wanting scale upto tech tried j2ee..felt difficult jumped mid way to rpa worked a q year with uipath..then to python used automation been part of sre when python is primary skill... To 2020bjoined as TL with 11per annum at accenture...had two maternity and now in gen ai tools still as TL at Accenture still with 17lpa at 2025 end...with no hike or promotion may hinder my financial plans.want to move out and get into more tech role but not scaling up tech wise bcs of family and work at same time working mom....

Zeal and enthusiasm there to learn new things but not able to crack interviews bcz of lil exposure and more expectations at new roles...

Willing and hoping to jump soon but demotivated bcz of rejections....

Donno when is my next good chapter strats waiting to take opportunity which come my way

Think what are your priorities in life, being a mom to 2 kids is no joke. If you have the support at home and you can balance between home and work, go ahead take your time and first find out what you need in life. Work towards it, and the market right now is not at all good so if you try to switch now it's the worse time. Do it later when and if at all things improve.

Good luck

I have less experience than you and these are my thoughts. I am guessing You are an overthinker. And lack in execution. Create some financial buffer and start preparing for the interview. Getting comfortable is a trap It's Not compulsory to fulfill everyone's expectations.
