If Accenture is not giving any hike in this mid cycle then why HR is sending mail to complete mid year priorities. Doesn't make sense. Big MNC full with foolish uncultured management.

I would say to wait till November/December. Cause as per the email that we received back in last year Accenture is not going to give a hike till the close of this financial year. And Accenture's financial year gets closed by August. So, maybe after that we can expect something.
