Hi all,

Please give some advice regarding mid year pit stop actions taken by employee, In my case, I'm on bench for around 7 months including two months of leave.

My Icount is reflecting goals set by my previous manager which is according to my previous job profile. Now as I'm on bench, those goals are not making much sense as per bench situation like delivery made etc.

I've attended a no of sessions and done few internal and external certification in between.

Pls advise, what I'm supposed to do in Icount. It seems today is last day. Should I fill the accordingly to previous goals, or anything else.
