Trending @Accenture; Mid year announcement date
Any idea when it will be announced for promotion/hike for mid year appraisal.
Same still we don't have any update on hike or promotion. I have been listening to the same last 3 years.
What is current CL?
CL 9. And on 03rd May i will complete 3 years. I joined Accenture on 03rd May 2021 but no salary hike in Dec 2021 cycle bz i was 3 days late to join. So Dec 2021 I didn't consider in cycle for salary hike and people who join 1 week before they got 10-20% then I waited for Dec 2022 they had excused this year very less hike only 6 % and then next year we got mail no hike no promotion then 0 % hike but for other colleagues they were got hike on promotion in 2022-23 who didn't complete 1 year.. But for few people Accenture is not a good MNC company where they don't evaluate us for our good work only if you belong to the manager's hometown , tongue, cast,
you will not get any hike or only very poor. Due to some compulsory we have to stay here. It is very bad that in 3 years only 6% i got.On the other hand my colleagues are getting promotions and no recession for them
