After 4 yrs of working in startups and currently having 35LPA salary, I wish to join a mid-big size org which can be an upgrade to my current. Any insights?

Nope. The goal is to move to a bit lesser hustle culture now. Salary wise, I'd just look for market standard hike from current (20-25%). So asking in that context.
