Mid-Life Career Transition Advice Needed!

After 14 years in IT (core legacy technologies), I'm facing a mid-life crisis. My salary isn't industry-standard, and I feel stuck. With 20+ years left in my career, I want a sustainable path.

I'm transitioning to cybersecurity and considering two options:

Option 1: CISSP + ISO 27001 -> GRC roles

Option 2: CISSP + CCSP + IAM security tools (Ping Identity, Okta, etc.) -> Cloud Security Practitioner
