Mid Career Dilemma for AI

I wish to change my Tech Stack to AI.

Have 15 years of exp in a niche Platform with very less opportunities and room for growth.

Currently, have an offer of 50% hike for working on a similar niche platform.

If current company pushes me to an AI Project without any hike, should I leave the hike and stay back?
