They were calling C3A and above as seniors. I think ITAs come into mid level.

C3A & above have this MLT (Mid Level Transformation) where ITA isn't eligible..

So technically ITA shouldn't be mid level but again there are 10YOE who are ITA..

Anyways I don't think they are following any protocol 😕

C4, C5, And above are in Senior category

C3A+ with 20 LPA+ salary and non billable to client associates are the most vulnerable. DPs & DPs are asked to create a potential candidates list and provide it to HR.
