Mid 30s and recently started with the matrimony process on apps. Good conversation with Girls but then it tapers to message.
So as title says, marriage delayed due to some immigration stuff in life. Wanted to return to India due to parents but was close to acquiring citizenship, so delayed marriage process by few years. Started matrimony process few weeks back.
I am ib mid 30s, quite flexible, fit and look bit younger than my age, cook and take care of home chores. The conversation with girls start well and sometimes we have 30 to 60 minutes couple of calls. But it seems to taper out. It goes to messages and that things are busy.
I am generally "sure. Let me know when you want to connect". Then I don't push as it would look rude and also desperate. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or at this age the matrimonial market is like that. I think wveryone talks to multiple people at times, so I need to start doing that too.

'Fizzling out' is common in matrimony process. Main reason is checking out of multiple options, or lack of serios intent.
Stay put and keep your intent right with a positive attitude.
Girls usually like men who take initiative and are more assertive. Rather than asking them to when to connect, you suggest one time. Then take it forward based on the reply. Hope it helps
I thought girls would like guys who are more accommodating of their requirements. As most of my adult life has been outside India, I would even ask the same from say a 10 yesr old kid.
I also do the same thing, and then never ever heard back from them
If it's tapering off , they want it to taper off , initiate 2-3 times max , this is an arranged marriage talk not dating
Women have a load of options. If you do not take initiative, they will move on. (Remember, they don't want to be seen as desperate either.) You don't have to seem aggressive or desperate, just decisive.
