Microsoft License Expiring !!!

Hi , My microsoft license is going to expire and being on.bench it does not allows associate on bench/ unallocated ones to raise new GPS request .. What to do ? If one does not has access to TEAMS AND OUTLOOK .. how will one get allocated ???😡😡😇😇
