Microsoft L60 offer: Base: 23.5 Stocks: 50k USD ( vested over 4y) JB: 6 ( 4 first year and 2 second year) performance bonus: 10% on avg
First year CTC: 39lpa
Ps: This was the initial and final offer as I didn't have any counter offer in hand. I have accepted it given the brand value and good org, but here is the delimma, if i join in the last week of March then I'll be considered in the review cycle, but will have to give buyback to my current company which is around 1.2l, Is it worth it to buyback at my own experience? as MS is not providing any assistance.

You can go for it as it is only 1.2 L and try to negotiate that all the hand over will be done with documentation at the earliest. Double up your productivity for hand over to reduce the price. Considering, you trust the review cycle. But if you really don't have any positive outcome, why try!!
