Microsoft interview from TCS - part2
Hi, I just completed the OA. 2 questions, oow first one was okay ish and it was on array 2 pointers but 2nd was too complex to even understand and it was on trees. I passed all the cases on the first one and passed like 8/15 test cases.
I do not know if I will get a call for the next round but the good part is I finally started DSA (which I was planning to start from last 3 years) and on my way to a product based company.
Most of you all asked for my resume which got shortlisted, I will provide it shortly with a link to access it in the next post.
Thank you all for ur good wishes and special thanks to people who came out to help.
Best, Anon.

Hey! That's a good start. Not asking you to have blind hope but if they have an urgent requirement, you might get a call back since you resolved one question successfully :)

And in the second question I have completed code like 80% but due to time limit could only pass 8/15 cases

Inspiring journey, can you share how you started your learning, I have started watching YouTube tutorials on DSA (I too am from service based mnc would love to join product based in future, so DSA was not much focused but more on to the tech stack, so am not good at leetcode kind of questions but I can build applications with java, angular etc)

Same bro. I have developed and deployed ai models and built apps but DSA was something I didn't do all my life . I started learning and practicing 5 days prior to the interview all day and night . All the very best for your growth and don't give up I'd suggest

It all depends on need and budget, your performance was ok ok considering the test case passed
All the best
We never know if it works or not. It takes time
I have seen few candidates got call after 6 months

Wow man that's awesome. I wish you get the call. I am following from the 1st post it's impressive you were able to prepare and solve in the OA in short time. Did you solve previously asked questions in OA to be able to code them? And how are you starting dsa? Please share your plan. Best wishes.

Thanks for following up bro, in 5 days I completely locked in day and night. I gave each/2 DSA topic a day to prepare starting from the basics to Strivers blind 75 problems. So in 5 days I was able to cover ~ 7 topics and like 50-60 lc problems. Now that I am a bit free I will start to prepare properly with peace and time
