Correction. Not Microsoft India but Microsoft US. Those are US dept.

The internal politics is so much at Microsoft that many great people are leaving anyways. The company runs on favouritism, and who can massage their boss's ego more, regional politics etc.
Firing people directly correlates to increasing share price. Using AI they are making jobs redundant and it's helping their shareholders become richer.
At this point I am wondering which company doesn't have internal politics. Seems to be the same case everywhere you look.
