Microsoft India L63 vs Senior Software Engineer At Datadog Spain

YOE:8 Currently working at Microsoft India at level 62 to be promoted to level 63 (at Max by March 2025)

Current Comp: Total INR 52 lakhs (including stocks)

Getting a senior software engineer role at DataDog in Barcelona. Total Comp : 120000 Euros (90k+30k) Should I take it , in terms of long term career benefits and in terms of monetary benefits. Would love to discuss in detail in comments would be helpful for others in similar situations as well.
