Microsoft employees please answer

I am 2024 graduate from tier 3 college.Recently Microsoft posted a couple of jobs for recent graduates I applied to each of them.I have a decent resume and a couple of good projects and experience but Iam not receiving reply to even one job that I applied for what might be the issue.Iam not even receiving rejection mails.

If I apply for some experience roles within a day or two Iam atleast receiving rejection mails

What might be the reason
