Microsoft Copilot Issue

Hello,

I was previously able to use Copilot both through Outlook and via the web interface. However, the Copilot icon has suddenly disappeared from Outlook, and I’m unable to access it from any platform now. I have an E3 License.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or found a workaround to regain access?

If not, I’ll escalate this to IDM for further assistance, but wanted to get an idea here first.

They have removed. You need GPS with "Office365 with Copilot". Once raised, you receive mail. There is a link to accept agreement. Once accepted, it takes 1 to 2 business days.

In simmary: you need E3 and Office365 Copilot GPS.

Only C5 people get by default.
