Trending @Accenture; MicroRetaliation.
My retaliation begins with taking a dump in the office washroom as frequently as possible, it makes me feel as if I am taking a dump on the whole organisation.
How do you do it?

I don't engage in micro-retaliation. Instead, I focus on constructive solutions and career growth. It's more rewarding than petty acts. Prioritize your mental well-being and professional development.

Like Accenture allows us to do that, I came with the mindset of growth and learning, it's the senior management that makes it hard for us to just simply exist, can't raise it with anyone, you get no reply, working in shift B with no shift allowance, dealing with personal comments, can't even fall sick for god's sake, first you have to give what work did you do for the 1.5 hours after you logged in then you can go to bed.
In short whatever you are talking about sounds good but can't be applied, get down from your high horse Janaab, look at the ground reality, Accenture is just a Corporate slavery hub.

And my bad I forgot to see your tag a Manager, forget what I said, won't make sense to you anyway, in a sentence "every worm will turn"
