Micromanagement during the notice period in TCS – need advice

I’m serving my notice in TCS and facing some issues. While others in my project follow 3 days WFO and 2 days WFH, my manager is asking me to work 5 days from office just because I resigned. On top of that, for the furlough/mandatory leave, my lead told me to mark sick leave even though I was present in office, which felt unfair and frustrating.

Now my manager avoids direct conversation and only passes instructions through the lead. I’m worried if this can impact my exit clearance or background verification with my next employer. Has anyone else faced this kind of micromanagement during notice? How did you handle it?
