Micromanagement at rippling?

Majority of Indians don't know how to manage man, fekkin imbeciles, will ruin all good things when it comes to India.

So even a foreign product company that uses slack and presumably macbooks is not safe from toxic Indian work culture.

Had an offer from the last month, glad I turned them down. I don't understand why are people surprised, there is already so much written about PIP and bad culture at Rippling

Oof, this reminds me of my prev startup where I worked at where i was expected to know a shit ton and was expected to perform fast, without enough mentoring even though i was fresh out of college. Those were some baad 6 months
