Micro management is on peak

My manager asked me to share my daily efforts that means I have to prepare a sheet with a date and what I am doing in 8 hours . They want to track all my hours from log in to log out .

I am working in a billable project where they are only focused on making us fill billable hours as much as possible so that they can bill it from the client . They are focusing on the quantity of work rather than the quality .In the name of billing loss they are denying our sick leaves also. Most of the time I need to spend to update different trackers rather than focusing on learning .

I am afraid to ask for a release because they are not going to release me smoothly but once I let them know that I need a release - that will worsen my situation even more . They will target me and I will make my life hell .

Is there any way out ?
