Mexico Vs USA Vs Switch

I am not getting comments from all to make my decision. Pls suggest. Thanks

I had a total of 8 years of experience and got an l1 visa last September but still didn't travel because of no openings.

I am checking with my manager and he is saying to wait. Or else if you are interested, you can go to Mexico. I need to take my wife also.

Shall I wait for USA or go with Mexico or Switching the company??

Please suggest.
