Mark is actually being polite..It means they have finally realised that they ended up hiring thousands of unproductive, over paid (and many a time, highly entitled) employees who were not really adding value..Once this is over they will rehire more hungry 🐯 employees at lower cost 💰

I'm 😔 sorry if I sounded insensitive to the genuine plight of many impacted employees. However, it is also a fact that 'many' big tech employees had become entitled and lazy from having been part of a system that had grown used to a framework of abundance.
