Trending @Infosys; Met Expectations Ratings overview?
I joined Infosys back in January and today only I got the confirmation (probation period ended). Upon checking my ratings it's showing as Met Expectations.
I want to know, will it affect the performance bonus / variable pay which I will get the quarterly?
Also will there be anything like PIP for ME ratings?

No it will not affect your variable pay until you get improvement or under performance rating

Did u filled the Self review in Icount (Performance Management) Portal. Or u got the rating directly ??
