Hi, currently I'm on JL4 level, just got my rating "met expectations", is it possible to get a promotion from Associate Consultant to senior Associate Consultant?

And can I expect some hike?

It's been 1.3 years at infosys.

It's been 2 years for me as ACON and I am still waiting for progression, it depends on the project to project and unit as well

It depends on performance and if manager will recommend.i got Senior Associate Consultant in 1 year 1 month .

From Associate Consultant to Sr.Associate consultant, its only progression. It doesnt depends on rating and it doesnt change the salary too. You can discuss with your manager regarding progression. Hike will be decided organizatiinal level and expected to be announced by next quarter
